Our Site, and its software applications collect some Data (including Personal Data) from its Users (each, a “User”). The Data are collected and processed for the purposes set out below. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Envision Energy USA Limited collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from Users of the Site. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ Personal Data to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any Personal Data regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. Legal Information

In compliance with the Childrens’ Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we do not collect Personal Data from any individual under age 13 without parental consent. We do not solicit or want Personal Data from any minor children under age 18.
